Giovanna Williams

Giovanna Williams has 12 years of experience as a consultant to the Federal Government, including work on contract projects for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Her work has included management support for AHRQ's Publications Clearinghouse, Inventory Database, and Call Center. She has trained Clearinghouse staff and managed the day-to-day operation of the Call Center, which handles over 300,000 calls per year. She is a bilingual (native) Spanish speaker with wide-ranging knowledge of medical and health-related terminology. Ms. Williams received an Associates Degree in Forensic Science from Prince George's Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
