Elizabeth Vasquez

Ms. Vasquez has been a management consultant for more than 20 years, providing organizational development services to Federal, State, corporate, and nonprofit clients. For her clients, Ms. Vasquez has conducted needs analyses, facilitated strategic planning, led focus groups, designed and delivered training, and conducted program evaluations. As a consultant, she has developed and taught “train-the-trainer” courses at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Training Academy. She has also facilitated meetings about leadership development, strategic planning, and workforce development for the DOL’s Employment and Training Administration.

Ms. Vasquez has worked with international governments on employment initiatives, through the DOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs and the World Bank. She holds a B.A. in Public Administration from American University.
