Alexander Thackery

Alexander Thackeray is an economist and data analyst with an extensive background in econometrics. He has experience using, analyzing, and merging large data sets collected by government agencies, including Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Decennial Census, Economic Census, American Community Survey (ACS), and Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS) data. In addition, he has conducted analysis of Federal credit program cash flows and subsidy calculations. As a former high school teacher and University of Maryland teaching assistant, Mr. Thackeray has the ability to explain complex processes and impart knowledge to a diverse audience. He is proficient with the statistical software STATA, SAS, and TSP; the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project; and Web programming languages including HTML, ColdFusion, and SQL.
