Doray Sitko

Ms. Sitko possesses a broad range of knowledge and a strong foundation in healthcare, standards of care, and health education, augmented by her familiarity with Federal regulatory affairs. Her skills as an educator, trainer, technical advisor, and meeting facilitator benefit Econometrica's Federal program clients in the housing and healthcare sectors. She also provides services in project planning, project scheduling and monitoring, subcontractor oversight, curriculum and training development, and report writing, among others.

Ms. Sitko's proven abilities in time management, project management, and risk mitigation extend from training in Project Management Professional principles to contractual experience with two agencies of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: the Health Resources and Services Administration and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She has also completed work for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Ms. Sitko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science, cum laude, from Towson University's College of Health Professions.
