Sam Shu

Sam Shu is a Certified Public Accountant with 13 years of experience as a senior accountant, financial analyst, and internal auditor. His supervisory background encompasses the full range of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and preparation of fixed asset reports and depreciation schedules. Mr. Shu has ensured compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and other related government regulations. He has performed a broad spectrum of financial reviews for public, nonprofit, and for-profit entities. Mr. Shu has also facilitated the design of new accounting systems and system conversions, and has collaborated with Federal officials to solve complex accounting and auditing issues. Mr. Shu holds a B.A. in International Finance/English from Shanghai International Business Management Institute and an M.A. in Business/Accounting from Bowie State University.
