| Every project benefits from our staff's depth of knowledge, broad range of skills, and professional and educational backgrounds. | OUR STAFFFouad Moumen, Ph.D.Dr. Moumen has more than 25 years of experience providing technical assistance to government agencies in the areas of statistical modeling and forecasting, risk analysis methodologies, sample design and statistical analysis, generalized variance estimation, and data imputation. His specialty is the application, evaluation, and enhancement of statistical models to support research on health care delivery, housing, and the environment, among other topics of public interest. For several years under Econometrica contracts, he has been providing data quality, documentation, and analysis services to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for its biannual American Housing Survey (AHS). He recently conducted a housing affordability study for the Hudson Institute, Washington, DC, based on 11 years of AHS survey data. Dr. Moumen has conducted statistical analyses on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the National Institute on Aging, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Dr. Moumen is a proficient programmer of SAS and other econometric software. He received a B.S. in Economics and Political Science and an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Cairo University, an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Florida State University.
