Effie Metropoulo

Effie Metropoulos has planned, developed, and executed research studies in a variety of settings, including political polling, public broadcasting, education, and housing. As the Director of National Public Radio's Audience Research department, she introduced focus group analysis to NPR. She has also worked extensively as an editor in professional and educational settings. Ms. Metropoulos received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Chicago.
