Patricia Mascone

Ms. Mascone has been an accomplished graphic designer and writer/editor for over 20 years, with specialization in the areas of health care, community programs, transportation, and technology. She has contributed to marketing, public relations, and advocacy efforts for nonprofit, business, and government clients, especially in support of women’s health care initiatives. She led a team that produced a series of publications for the U.S. Justice Department, covering juvenile detention, preventing gang violence, addressing missing or exploited children, and related juvenile justice topics. For Econometrica, she edits or produces proposals, research reports, and newsletters, using the latest electronic publishing tools. She has particular expertise in producing technical illustrations. Ms. Mascone has garnered a regional ADDY, along with awards from the Printing Industries of America (Best of Category), the Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington, the Illustrators Club of DC, and Association Trends magazine (twice). She graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in Advertising Design, with minors in Public Relations and Women’s Studies.
