Lisa Hudson

Lisa Hudson has more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting, auditing, quality control, billing and collections, payables, and account reconciliation. Her expertise extends to property management, the mortgage industry, and federally funded housing programs. Ms. Hudson served as a Financial Management Supervisor for a large housing authority with financial activity related to a $55 million Section 8 program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has also held progressively responsible positions that have included Operations Manager and Regional Processing Manager for banking and mortgage lending institutions. Ms. Hudson is experienced in all types of loans, including FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, subprime, and many others. She has conducted financial closings, processed more than 100 loans monthly, supervised staff and quality control activities, and coordinated a mortgage company's startup operations. Ms. Hudson holds an A.A. in Business from Montgomery College and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
