HolleymanChris Holleyman has more than 10 years of experience in economic analysis, economic modeling, regulatory analysis, and software development for a variety of public-sector clients that include the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Energy, Army Corps of Engineers, Minerals Management Service, Environmental Protection Agency, California Energy Commission, and Delaware National Guard. His areas of expertise include economic valuation and cost-benefit studies, cost-effectiveness analyses, economic impact studies, statistical analyses, regression and forecasting, and database development. Mr. Holleyman has implemented hedonic models, logit models, and other non-linear estimation procedures to support decisions regarding investment in transportation infrastructure and in other areas. He has significant experience utilizing the IMPLAN input-output model to evaluate the impact of an economic stimulus on a regional economy. Mr. Holleyman received a B.A. degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and an M.A. in Economics from American University.
