Dmitriy Goryachev

Mr. Goryachev is a SAS-Certified Advanced Programmer who has provided extensive statistical programming and data analysis support for clients in the private and public sectors, focusing on the fields of health care, pharmaceuticals, housing, and the environment. Mr. Goryachev is currently evaluating the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), designed to recover overpayments made by CMS to Medicare service providers. As team lead for the project’s data management team, he is analyzing RAC performance, helping to ensure the integrity of data stored in the data warehouse, and working with State agencies to collect and compile numerous data files. Mr. Goryachev produces complex summary reports on findings and maintains documentation on data analysis methodology, standard operating procedures, data limitations, and findings.

Previously, Mr. Goryachev provided technical support to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Katrina Disaster Housing Assistance Program and the first national evaluation of the Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) program. Along with experience in several SAS configurations, Mr. Goryachev’s technical expertise extends to several databases and languages. He holds a Master’s of Computer Science in Database Systems Technology, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Decision and Information Technology.
