Frank Giordano, C.P.A.

Mr. Giordano is a Certified Public Accountant who brings over 30 years of Federal Government and accounting experience to compliance reviews, financial audits, and related process reviews for Econometrica clients. His Federal experience included serving as Senior Auditor for both the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the U.S. Department of Defense’s Office of the Inspector General, where he conducted financial, performance, and compliance audits. These responsibilities required the issuance of audit and inspection reports, copies of which were submitted to the U.S. Congress, along with recommendations for process or other improvements. He is fully versed in applicable regulations and requirements, understands the role of auditing in meeting Federal objectives, and can provide critical guidance to agency or program managers. Mr. Giordano also teaches the fundamentals of accounting to college students. After completing a B.S. in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland, Mr. Giordano earned his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore.
