Louise Fickel

Ms. Fickel is a seasoned communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications, and journalism. Her areas of expertise include strategic communications, corporate messaging, internal communications, technology and business issues related to the global marketplace, writing, editing, and management of editorial operations. She currently serves as the Communications Team Lead for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Office of Information Technology. Before joining Econometrica, Ms. Fickel led the editorial operations of a $3 billion global management and technology consulting company. Her experience also includes various communications roles at several of the world’s largest technology companies. She received a B.A. in English from Rice University.
