OUR STAFF

Suzanne Cotty

Ms. Cotty has more than 4 years of combined work experience and graduate-level courses in statistical data analysis, including the collection and examination of data to identify or confirm significant causation factors, trends, areas of concern, and other factors. She has worked on behalf of numerous Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, on diverse topics, such as crash and injury statistical analyses. Ms. Cotty has served as a grant program assistant for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, supporting federally funded improvements in State-level safety data collection. For a previous U.S. Coast Guard study of the oil spill removal industry conducted by Econometrica, she gathered information on firms, analyzed data to compile noteworthy statistics, and created data tables for inclusion in reports. Ms. Cotty earned an M.S., Applied and Research Economics, and a B.S., Applied Economics, from East Carolina University.
