Victoria Chapman

Victoria Chapman has more than 30 years of experience and accomplishment as a public affairs specialist and communications expert. She has used her extensive knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes to mobilize a broad range of constituencies on behalf of initiatives in the fields of energy, transportation, environment, and agriculture. Ms. Chapman has also served as a subject matter expert on technical issues associated with her fields of expertise. She has written extensively on technical matters and provided oral presentations to audiences that include U.S. congressional committees and Federal agency adjudicators. Her key roles have included serving as Director of Communications on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Director of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and Chairperson or Associate Director of several coalition groups. Ms. Chapman earned a diploma from Morse Business College and studied business and psychology at the University of Hartford and the University of Maryland.
