Fred Bellemore, Ph.D.

Dr. Fred Bellemore is an applied micro-economist possessing state-of-the-art econometric skills, with expertise in public finance, labor economics, health economics, industrial organization, and environmental economics. He has extensive experience managing large data sets in economic and statistical analyses, with statistical-programming proficiency in SAS, STATA, Visual Basic, Mathematica, SST, TSP, SPSS, E-Views, Fortran, and Minitab. Dr. Bellemore has an established record of applied research, with the ability to analyze policy and critically evaluate empirical/econometric studies. He has demonstrated an ability to elucidate difficult economic and statistical concepts to a non-technical audience in a concise and effective manner. Dr. Bellemore's capabilities encompass a broad spectrum, including initiating and directing applied econometric research for clients in the public and private sectors, both international and domestic.
