Staff members at Econometrica apply expertise and experience in economics, statistics, data analysis, and regulatory development to produce high quality regulatory impact studies and support services. For federal clients, we develop and refine research and analysis into regulatory evaluations that meet the requirements of Executive Order 12866 and OMB guidance documents and that are designed to withstand scrutiny and challenge from interested parties in rulemaking proceedings. For stakeholders in these proceedings, we apply these tools to provide that scrutiny and work with interested parties to identify, evaluate, and present alternatives to proposed regulations.
