HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Econometrica's Housing and Community Development Group includes a broad mix of economists, analysts, statisticians and management consultants who have decades of experience working on a variety of housing and community development issues. These issues include affordable housing programs, mortgage financing, real estate, and community and economic development programs. We have been providing high quality research and management consulting services to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other clients for nearly 10 years. The Housing and Community Development Group is dedicated to supporting HUD and our other clients in their mission of successfully implementing the various mortgage, grant, affordable housing, and regulatory programs designed to carry out that mission. Econometrica staff members have extensive experience developing and conducting research and demonstrations, performing program evaluations in support of OMB PART requirements, providing technical assistance and training to public housing authorities across the country on behalf of HUD, and providing management consulting support related to a wide variety of housing and community development issues. Our staff also has specialized experience working with housing and community development programs that serve Native Americans, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians.
