REGULATORY ECONOMIST

Econometrica, Inc., seeks an Economist to provide regulatory evaluation services to Federal government clients. Requirements: Graduate degree in economics and at least five years of experience preparing regulatory impact analyses, regulatory flexibility analyses, environmental assessments, and PRA supporting statements for executive and independent federal agencies.

CONTRACT SPECIALISTS

Applicants must have strong client relations skills with a solid understanding of federal contract vehicles and working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, cost principles, and applicable FAR rules. Applicant will be expected to perform price and proposal cost analysis, establish indirect rates, negotiate contract terms, and provide the lead role in contract monitoring. Must have 3-5 years of recent, hands-on experience in federal government contract administration. Strong writing skills required. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or organization/management required; MBA or JD course work a plus.

ANALYSTS

3-5 years of experience in conducting analytical and statistical analyses in transportation, energy, and housing fields. Masters degree and experience with statistical software packages such as SAS and experience using SQL required. Strong client relations and writing skills desired.

ECONOMISTS

3-5 years of experience in conducting cost/benefit, regulatory impact, and statistical analysis. Strong client relations and writing skills desired. Masters degree in economics or statistics and experience with statistical software packages such as SAS required.

STATISTICIANS

3-5 years experience in conducting analytical and statistical analyses in transportation, energy, and housing fields. Masters degree and experience with statistical software packages such as SAS and experience using SQL required. Strong client relations and writing skills desired.

WEB PROGRAMMERS

The ideal candidate is a .NET Programmer with 3-5 years of life cycle software development experience, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation for windows/web-based applications (VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL, and ACCESS). Our data collection projects focus on federal agencies. Experience with federal IT departments is a plus.
